Sea otter orphan learns to swim

Sea otters can swim from birth. However, the rescued sea otter orphan in the video has yet to learn how to dive and glide. And during its first attempts, the little animal just looks heartwarmingly cute.
The young otter floats completely relaxed on the water, but at first he doesn’t really paddle actively, but lets the animal keeper pull him through the cool water a little. But over time, the fluffy, fluffy rascal likes to slide and dive and can hardly be stopped. Splendid!
