Watch out: These two junior chinchillas are having their very first sand bath today. In order to try out the sandy pleasure first, they are given a special small baby bath.
Well, the little rodents like that! Courageous and in a good mood, the two of them romp through and around their mini sand bath. In order to care for their fur as properly as a chinchilla should, they gently roll around in the sand, thereby fulfilling a natural need of rodents.
Only when a slightly older chinchilla comes by and also wants to share in the bathing fun does a small problem arise: the mini-bathroom is much too small for him.
